You have realized that a number of websites don't even WORK with IE8? I've had to learn this the hard way. if you can't open something, use firefox instead. A lot of the webpages have data on them that are too "outdated" and IE8 can't read them. (online catalogs, for example, and your very own deferred comp provider's site)
Yet another reason I've used firefox since before it was called firefox. Get a browser that actually works. Opera even.
ReplyDeleteI think we use it for security reasons at work. But in fairness, there are some features that I like. But I do use Firefox at home.
