A sense of magic. A sense of mystery. The best songs have both.
There have been few songs in the history of rock and roll with as much mystery and magic as this one.
Everything is perfect. The piano. The organ. The vocals.
So perfect, it's almost scary.

Serious magic. You're spot on, Jeff. This record has always floored.
Not many old records make me wish I was alive back when they came out. This one... I want to be in 1959, hearing it for the first time on my car radio.
