Since I bashed them yesterday, today I will give them credit for making the right decision and throwing their new platform out the window. It's still pretty embarrassing for them to have blown it this badly, and I'm sure they have lost customers even with the rollback, but even with that I'm sure there are a lot of companies that would have tried to see it through, even while faced with the evidence. So I'm sticking with them, in the hope that whatever changes are coming aren't too drastic - and are actually for the better.
